Construction crews are continuing site work for an unnamed attraction inspired by Disney and Pixar’s Coco at Disney California Adventure. Recent activity includes trench digging, debris removal, tree planting and the presence of concrete trucks near the future ride site.
Silly Symphony Swings has returned to operation at Disney California Adventure after closing in late April 2026 for refurbishment. Construction walls and scrim have been removed, while the attraction’s exterior and swing structure appear largely unchanged aside from surface cleaning.
Disney California Adventure’s 2026 Oogie Boogie Bash has sold out every October event date, with only four September parties still available. Tickets for the Halloween-night event sold out on June 19, one day after public sales began.
Disney California Adventure has reopened the direct passageway between Cars Land and Avengers Campus after the route was closed since April 2025 for construction tied to the Avengers Campus expansion and a new restroom facility. The connector includes the new Take-A-Brake restroom building, which features distinct themes on either side.
Disneyland Resort has published its guide to the 2026 Oogie Boogie Bash, the separately ticketed Halloween event at Disney California Adventure. The party runs on select nights from August 18 through October 31, with event admission beginning at 6 p.m. and pre-party park access available from 3 p.m.
The 2026 holiday season at Disneyland Resort will run from Nov. 13, 2026, through Jan. 6, 2027, with seasonal entertainment, attraction overlays, cultural performances, food and merchandise across the resort. World of Color – Season of Light will also return to Disney California Adventure on opening day.
